Bissell Big Green Flow Indicator Leaking

The previous issue i had was that the flow indicator was leaking solution with the hose in this one is not allowing water to flow to the in hose. Also the picture shows the same flow indicator as my original one the one i received was an opaque but same shape. Always close the cap or lid on each tank firmly.
